  • frozen squid – 400 grams;
  • eggs – 4 pieces;
  • regular onion – 1\2 heads;
  • green onion – 2 sprigs;
  • pickled cucumber – 2 pieces;
  • hard cheese – 100 grams;
  • a little salt, sugar, black pepper - to taste;
  • vinegar - 30 milliliters;
  • water – 30 milliliters;
  • Dijon mustard – 1\2 tablespoon;
  • mayonnaise 67% - 2 tablespoons;
  • ground paprika, black pepper, dry dill - to taste;

For this salad we need squid. You can buy canned squid, already marinated or frozen. Choose this delicacy carefully, it should have a dark film, then this squid will be delicious. If you bought frozen squids, put them out immediately. There is no need to rinse the squids; we will do this after we clean them.

You can clean the squid with a small knife or just with your hands. Carefully pull out the rod inside the squid and all the films and mucus that are inside. We clean this top dark film from the outside.

Important! This should be done before cooking, it’s easier this way. We cleaned all the squids and washed them in warm water inside and out.

Before we boil our squid, we will marinate the onion. Cut it into small cubes, pour it into a small bowl, add water and vinegar. You can add red or regular ground black pepper. For a tasty marinade, add another drop of salt and sugar. Mix all the ingredients and leave the onions for 20 minutes.

We only need to boil the eggs. Place them in a saucepan, add water, and after boiling, cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Afterwards, drain the water and fill it with cold water. Calmly and easily peel eggs.

Cut the eggs into small pieces and pour into a bowl. We also finely chop the green onions and add them to the eggs. You can add only green or pickled onions if you like.

We also chop the potatoes and cheese using a coarse grater, and cut the crab sticks and squid into cubes.
