Omsk State Transport University– one of the main transport universities in Russia. The university is among the top hundred best universities Russian Federation. History of the university

The Institute was founded in 1930 in Tomsk as the Siberian Institute of Transport Engineers and in 1961 transferred to the city of Omsk as the Omsk Institute of Railway Transport Engineers.
