She pressed herself against the handrail, closed her eyes and stood there for what felt like at least half an hour, the train kept going without stopping, the passengers kept staring and were silent. Then she felt someone shaking her shoulder. Opening her eyes, Sabina saw a man in a white police uniform (she didn’t know this, but this was the uniform they wore in the 50s); he looked like one of the stars of Stalin's cinema - it seems like Nikolai Cherkasov. The policeman began to say something to her; His speech was quite intelligible, but Sabina was so frightened that she only remembered: “You came here in vain. You don't belong here. Leave". Then the train began to rustle again, and a half-empty station appeared. Instead of the planned wedding, they had to call the police, who also could not explain this mysterious disappearance. They checked all the windows and doors and concluded that they had not been opened and did not find any foreign fingerprints on them. The wedding was upset, the groom was in a panic over the mysterious disappearance of the bride. The most terrible thoughts entered his head. We called all our acquaintances, girlfriends and friends, but they could do nothing to help in the investigation of this mysterious case. This time they turned out to be huge monkeys, which are not similar to any of the species of higher primates living on our planet. The so-called Black Mountain, which is located 26 km from the Australian town of Cooktown (Queensland), is considered one of the most mysterious places on earth. It received this name because it consists of a disorderly pile of black granite rocks. Local aborigines call it Death Mountain. They try not to get close to her because they believe that demons living in her womb devour people. The first officially recorded case of a mysterious disappearance of a person occurred in 1877, when one of the local residents, in search of his oxen, entered the labyrinth of huge rocks. A few months ago, a story happened to me that a normal person simply cannot explain.
But let's take things in order.

That day, I went to pick mushrooms and came across an old house.
It was unsightly and seemingly abandoned.
The first thing that caught my eye was the windows, which were just a dummy, and the front door did not open, as if it was locked from the inside. I leaned against the wall and jokingly cast a fairy-tale spell:

The house suddenly made a loud noise (it seemed to grin), and inside it, something creaked, as if someone had walked along the floorboards.
A soft knock was heard from the opposite side, where I saw an opening in the log masonry.

The inside was damp, abandoned and smelled of mold.
Not surprising - houses love the energy of the owners, and in their absence, they become lonely and fade away.

I moved almost by touch. Until I ran into something that looked like glass.
Then I remembered my smartphone and turned on the flashlight on it. The room was illuminated with a deathly pale LED light, and a strange picture appeared behind the glass.

Fog as dense as milk. He hesitated slightly, and in this movement of his, suddenly the outlines of a creature in a white canopy appeared. It seemed to be examining me carefully. After a few seconds, the creature suddenly beckoned to me, inviting me to go with him

I extended my hand and realized that it was not glass, but a passage somewhere further.
The creature disappeared, the house groaned again, and began to shake a little. A stale air suddenly blew from the foggy opening, and in the fog, somewhere far inside, the light of a flashlight blinked.

The house seemed to invite me to come inside.
I won’t say that I’m a fan of adventure and the unknown, especially the foggy one, but an elastic breeze blew at my back, as if pushing me inside. Something creaked for the umpteenth time, then there was a ringing sound, like a broken plate...

And I stepped forward.
What happened next was something I immediately regretted. After all, they say - don’t poke your nose into the water without knowing the ford. But man is an inquisitive creature to the point of rabid curiosity.
Only he can, having heard a strange sound in a dark cellar, poke his head in there with an idiotic question - Who is there?
What did you want to hear if no guests came and you were alone in the house?

It was not fog, but some kind of jelly in which you could move and at the same time, it enveloped you from all sides. It felt like you were trapped inside some kind of inflatable walls. They didn’t seem to hold you back, but at the same time they hugged you tightly on all sides.
I took a couple steps forward. It became completely dark. The walls surrounded me and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t get back out.

Trap. A sophisticated trap in which I will die and no one will find me.

Panicked by the complete darkness, I began to desperately press and hit the walls. I scratched them, but it was all in vain. So, we need to calm down and think.

Firstly, I had freedom of action, which means I ended up in a room, although small, but I was not constrained in my actions

Secondly, I have a smartphone. How did I forget about him? The light of the life-saving flashlight calmed me down somewhat

For the first time I found myself in a fog that was material and could be felt with the touch of my hand. I shined my flashlight forward, left, then right, and suddenly, somewhere in the distance, the same creature in white robes appeared. Immediately, I felt that I could go in his direction. After 5-6 steps, the ghost disappeared.
I moved the flashlight again, and it appeared in a different place. Everything happened again. A couple of steps and again the search for the Stalker, as I mentally nicknamed him.
So, step by step, I moved forward until I found myself in a small room with mirrored walls.

It was amazing.

Mirrored walls, ceiling, floor - but nowhere in them was my reflection visible and only a spot of light, like a sunbeam, somewhere in the middle of the room.
Out of another burst of curiosity, I approached the spot and it appeared on my chest. My body began to glow from the inside, and I was gripped by primal fear. I understood that this was the beginning of something, but I didn’t understand what exactly.

We are too attached to the realities of our earthly life and because of this, all the incomprehensible changes in the body and consciousness turn into the fear of losing our usual foundations.

That same white creature began to grow next to me.
“My soul,” I thought with horror.
The cloud continued to grow and a sense of peace came from it, as if I had been given a heavy dose of sedative. Not in my head, but, surprisingly and unusually, throughout my whole body, a voice rang out.
- There is no reason to worry. You are in the focus of mirrors that bend space and time. Now, you and I will be transported to a parallel world.
A calm voice gave me the strength to stop the excitement and I, relaxed, began to wait for change.
Then something impossible began. My body became more and more filled with light and after a few moments, it disappeared altogether. I was losing my physical state and turning into something vaguely formless.

An amazing and indescribable state when you are just your mind, and not your arms, legs and head. A state of absolute weightlessness and freedom, both mental and physical.

Our bodies often give us a lot of trouble and unnecessary emotions. These biochemical machines not only live their own independent lives, but they also make us go crazy with pain, suffer from hunger, and generally make life more difficult.
Now, there was no pain or fear. Just some other reality. Well, like in a dream, when you dream of something incomprehensible, and you take it for granted.
