Lesson literary reading. 2nd grade. UMK "School 2100".

Textbook on literary reading R. N. Buneev, E. V. Buneeva “The Little Door in big world", part 2.

Teacher of Municipal Educational Institution Secondary School No. 32 Galina Borisovna Rogova, Komsomolsk-on-Amur.

Address: e-mail: [email protected]

Theme: Gianni Rodari “Sun and Clouds”.

Purpose: To introduce the technique of allegory, to repeat the types and genres of literature. Encourage students to think and draw their own conclusions, to find answers to emerging questions. Using creative techniques to understand and memorize text and develop monologue speech. To instill an interest in reading, teach to be a thoughtful reader.

Progress of the lesson.

I. Checking homework.

1. Dramatization of a fairy tale " The Little Prince».

What words of the fairy tale do you remember?

2.Reading excerpts from a fairy tale by heart.

How did B. Zakhoder say about such tales? Let's read these words again (p. 121).

“...But there are other fairy tales. It’s as if nothing special is happening in them. There are no sorcerers, no sorcerers, no magical objects. But familiar, familiar things to us - a leaf on a tree, a ray of sunshine, a cloud, a pebble by the sea - in these fairy tales are illuminated with some kind of magical light and become close and understandable, as if they were alive and dear to us.”

4. Repetition of the type and genres of literature. (Work on a mental map) (Appendix No. 1)

What type of literature does the fairy tale “The Little Prince” belong to?

II. Working on the topic of the lesson.

Work before reading the text.

1.Having guessed the riddles, you will recognize the heroes of our next fairy tale.

Well, which one of you will answer: An eagle is flying across the blue sky,

It’s not fire, but it burns painfully, She spread her wings and covered the sun.

Not a lantern, but shining brightly, (cloud)

And it’s not the baker, but the baker (the sun).

2. Reading the title, the author of the fairy tale.

3. Consideration of the illustration.

Is there anything fabulous about an artist’s illustration? (No)

Which sun is in the illustration? (Bright, affectionate, festive.)

What can happen between the sun and the cloud? (Children's guesses)

4. Work in a notebook on reading (p. 47 No. 1)

Read the keywords and complete the task:

sun cloud

Rays was angry

grumbled generously

cheerfully fell apart like hail

Why are the words divided into two groups? What should you do next?

5. Try writing your story using the Five Word Technique:

the sun, generously, the cloud, angry, crumbled. (Children's stories)

III. Physical exercise.

IV. Working with text while reading.

Who was happier - the sun or the cloud? Why?

2. Reading the text to yourself. (Using the “Insert Technique”, underlining unclear words, finding out their meaning).

Were your assumptions confirmed?

3. Vocabulary work.

A chariot is a large wheeled carriage.

A spender is someone who spends money indiscriminately (in a fairy tale in a figurative sense).

Proudly - expressing pride and dignity, arrogant.

Generous - willingly spends on others, not stingily.

It splashed, fell, and threw itself into the water.

4. Reading aloud and talking while reading.

Why was everyone happy about the sun's rays?

What does stormy mood mean?

Why was the cloud surprised? What happened to her?

What was the sun like at the end of the day? (cheerful, happy)

5. Preparation for expressive reading.

a) Group work, creating a cluster.

The guys work in groups of 6 people. Group assignment.

1 – 2 groups. What was the sun like?

3 – 4 groups. What was the cloud doing? Choose verbs. (Appendix No. 2)

b) Presentation by speakers on cluster protection.

c) Expressive reading.

V. Working with the text after reading.

1. Guys, tell me in one (the most accurate!) word what the sun was like in this fairy tale? If it’s difficult for you, find this word among others: kind, affectionate, generous, cute, warm.

2. What did D. Rodari want to say when at the end of the fairy tale he wrote that the sun’s rays have not diminished?

3. Work in a notebook (P.47 No. 3). Clarification of word meanings:

Kind - one who does good to others, sympathetic.

Generous - one who helps others, spends money on others, is not stingy.

4. Retelling the tale close to the text.

VI. Lesson summary.

Who did you like? Why? On whose side does the author sympathize?

Whom do the sun and the cloud resemble in their actions and speech?

(People who can be generous like the sun and greedy and dissatisfied like a cloud.)

The person himself will not become poorer from this, but will become spiritually richer.)

What conclusion did you draw for yourself?

Homework.

  1. Read p.122-123

  2. Retell the fairy tale using keywords.

  3. Compose a fairy tale on one of the themes: “Rose and Thorns”, “Water and Fire”, “Sea and Stars” or come up with your own theme. Write the story in your notebook. 48 No. 6.

One fire warms the whole world,

He rolls around the sky and smiles at people.

(Sun)

There are no legs, but he walks,

No eyes, but crying.

(cloud)

Guess what is the title of the work we will study today?

("Sun and Cloud")

Right. Open the textbooks on page 122, read who is the author of this work.

What do you know about him?

(
D. Rodari lived in Italy. He was interested in music and took violin lessons. His favorite pastime was writing humorous poems.)

In his youth he worked as a teacher primary classes, was very friendly with the guys and came up with fun games for them.

What works of D. Rodari are you familiar with?

And you will recognize the genre of the work that we will get acquainted with today if you insert the voiceless consonants correctly. (FAIRY TALE)

Have you read the fairy tales of J. Rodari? Would you like to read it?

3. Stage "Comprehension".

"Reading with stops" technique.

1st stage

Pay attention to the illustration. Describe it.

(The artist took bright rich colors. The sun is bright, festive, gentle. The cloud is threatening, gloomy, heavy. I think that these are the main characters of the fairy tale and something good or not so good can happen between them.)

Stage 2 (reading aloud, conversation while reading, vocabulary work)

The sun traveled across the sky on his fiery chariot cheerfully and proudly. It generously scattered rays in all directions.

And everyone had fun. Only the cloud was angry and grumbled at the sun.

Who knows what a “chariot” is?

1). Chariot - in the old days: a large wheeled carriage, a cart

Chariot of Fire- orange-red, fire color

Q What question did you have for the author?

O Why was the cloud angry and grumbling?

P What are your guesses?

And no wonder - she was in a stormy mood.

Stormy mood- very dangerous, frightening, inspiring great fear

You’re a spender!” the cloud frowned. “Leaky hands!” Throw, throw your rays! Let's see what you're left with!

And in the vineyards, every berry caught a ray of sun and rejoiced at it. And there wasn’t a blade of grass, a spider or a flower, there wasn’t even a drop of water that didn’t try to get its piece of the sun.

Well, spend more, - the cloud did not subside, - squander your wealth! You will see how they will thank you when you have nothing left to take!

A spender is someone who spends money indiscriminately

Holey hands

Have you ever come across this expression?

Will the sun listen to the cloud?

The sun continued to roll cheerfully across the sky and poured out its rays in millions, billions.

When the sun counted them towards sunset, it turned out that they were all together - look, every single one!

Having learned about this, the cloud was so surprised that it immediately crumbled into hail. And the sun splashed merrily into the sea.

It splashed - show me how it happened?

Why was the cloud surprised?

What happened to her?

What was the sun like at the end of the day? (Happy). Why?

-Let's remember how the lesson began and check the assumptions: “What is the fairy tale about?”

3rd stage.

Reception "Cluster".

Work in groups. Find in the text phrases and sentences that characterize the sun and cloud.

Conclusion: In each group, discuss and then read the characteristics of the main characters in the fairy tale.

4. Stage “Reflection”.

What secret of happiness did the author reveal to each of you?

HAPPY IS THE ONE WHO CAN GIVE JOY TO OTHERS!

In the next lesson we will continue to get acquainted with the work of this wonderful writer. And now I suggest you write a syncwine. Topic: Option 1: Sun.

Option 2: Cloud.

Let me remind you that syncwine is poetic work, which is compiled according to the rules.

Information for parents: The Sun and the Cloud is a funny fairy tale by the Italian writer Gianni Rodari. It tells how the Sun merrily traveled across the sky, giving everyone its rays. Only one cloud gloated, saying that the sun would give away all its rays and be left with nothing. The fairy tale “The Sun and the Cloud” will interest children aged 5 to 8 years. You can read it before bed.

Read the fairy tale The Sun and the Cloud

The sun, cheerful and majestic, traveled across the sky. It raced in a fiery chariot and scattered its hot rays in all directions.

And the cloud, which at that time was in the most pre-storm mood, was angry and grumbled:

- You spendthrift! Scatter, scatter your rays! If you become poor, you’ll catch yourself!..

In the vineyards, every grape that ripened on the vines strove at all costs to steal one, and if possible, then two rays. And there was not a blade of grass, a spider, a flower or a drop of water that did not try to take its share.

- Well, let yourself be robbed by everyone. You will see how they will thank you when there is nothing left to take from you,” the cloud thundered.

And the cheerful sun, as if nothing had happened, rolled across the sky and gave away its rays in millions, billions, without counting - to everyone who needed them.

b)– Biographical report prepared by the child. (slide 3; 4; 5; 6; 7; 8; 9)

Gianni Rodari– famous Italian children's writer and journalist. He was born on October 23, 1920 in the small town of Omegna (Northern Italy). His father, a baker by profession, died when Gianni was only 10 years old.

Rodari had two brothers, Cesare and Mario.

Gianni grew up in his mother's native village, Varisotto. The sickly and weak boy was fond of music (he took violin lessons)

After three years of study at the seminary, J. Rodari received a teacher's diploma and at the age of 17 began teaching in the primary classes of a rural school.

Works by J. Rodari: “The Journey of the Blue Arrow”, “Tales on the Phone”, “A Pot of Porridge”, “The Adventures of Cipollino”, “What Crafts Smell Like”, etc.

V)– You have already become familiar with the key words of the text. Is it possible to determine by keywords genre works? (Fairy tale)

This is not just a fairy tale, but fairy tale-nocturne.

What's unclear about the definition?

(Nocturne- a short lyrical work)

Is everything clear now?

(Lyrical work- this is a work that expresses feelings, experiences.)

G)– Look at the illustration.

This is a fairy tale. What's fabulous about it? (nothing fabulous)

Pay attention to the nature depicted in the illustration. This is Italy.

What sun is in the picture? (Bright, affectionate, festive)

What can happen between the sun and the cloud? (assumption)

Working with text while reading

The sun traveled across the sky on his fiery chariot cheerfully and proudly. (What could the sun be proud of?) It generously scattered its rays in all directions.

And everyone had fun. Only the cloud was angry and grumbled at the sun. (Why was the cloud unhappy?) And no wonder - she was in a stormy mood. (That's why she was angry!)

You're a spender! (“Spender” is…..) – the cloud frowned. - Leaky hands! (I wonder how the sun can have holes in its hands) Throw, throw your rays! Let's see what you're left with!

And in the vineyards, every berry caught a ray of sun and rejoiced at it. And there wasn’t a blade of grass, a spider or a flower, there wasn’t even a drop of water that didn’t try to get its piece of the sun.

Well, spend your money, - the cloud did not subside, - waste your wealth! You will see how they will thank you when you have nothing left to take! (Doesn't trust others - that's bad)

The sun continued to roll cheerfully across the sky and poured out its rays in millions, billions. (How long did you receive her warmth?!)

When the sun counted them towards sunset, it turned out that they were all there - look, every single one! (How did they get back?)

Having learned about this, the cloud was so surprised that it immediately crumbled into hail. (That’s how much anger had accumulated in her that it crumbled into hail, not rain) And the sun splashed into the sea.

    Summary conversation:

Were your assumptions confirmed?

Why was the cloud surprised?

What was the sun like at the end of the day? (Cheerful, happy, kind, generous)

But isn’t “kind, generous” the same thing?

Let's clarify the meaning of the words. ( Workbook page 47 No. 3)

What is the most accurate definition for the sun? (slide 11)

(Kind, affectionate, happy, generous, sweet, warm)

Who was happier - the sun or the cloud? Why?

(Generously gave away rays)

    Selective reading(according to options)

1 option

You said that the sun was generous and kind. Mark the supporting words in the text that confirm this.

(He traveled cheerfully and proudly, every berry rejoiced at him, gave away its rays, splashed merrily)

Option 2

What was the cloud doing?

(She frowned, did not let up, got angry, grumbled, was surprised, fell apart like hail)

(Arrogantly, mockingly, reproachfully)

Expressive reading of faces(the author changes as you read)

    Working with text after reading

Who do the sun and the cloud resemble in their actions and speech? (People)

Allegory- expression containing hidden meaning.

What hidden meaning is contained in the fairy tale?

(It is very good to be generous to others)

What question did we try to answer in class? (What does it mean to be generous?)

So what does it mean to be generous?
