What is morality? What is the content of this concept? According to D. Granin, true morality is unthinkable without mercy. It is about mercy and its role in our lives that the author reflects.
It is not by chance that the author addresses this problem. Unfortunately, at a frantic pace modern life people have become more self-centered and inattentive to the problems of others. It is not surprising that such creative feelings as mercy and compassion have lost their former significance and have “stalled” in our souls.
