7) If there is enough air, but movement around the building is prohibited, do simple physical exercise- strain and relax the muscles of your arms, legs, and back. Don't make sudden movements.

8) Remember: if the hostage spends a lot of time with terrorists, it may seem to him that they together, and the whole world - against them. This is a very dangerous mistake! Know: in any situation a terrorist is a criminal, and the hostage is his victim! They cannot have common goals!

“No” to terrorism!
Let's say together:
- No to terrorism!
The world needs bright sunshine!
So that people's blood does not spill,
So that there are no dead children!
There is no reason for death and tears.
Adults, listen, this is serious!
We will not tire of repeating again:
- You shouldn't kill people!
It’s not for us to bring flowers to the grave -
They bloom for peaceful beauty.
You should not bring grief to your family!
People need friendship and happiness!
Why don't they want to hear us?!
We can repeat it a thousand times:
- No to terrorism! No to war!
We want to live in a peaceful camp!

Leading: Hello guys! Today we have gathered here because our action is connected with the tragic events that occurred in the first days of September 2004 in Beslan. Today is September 3rd, the Day of Solidarity in the Fight against Terrorism, and today we will talk about terrorism, what it is and why it is so important.
I want to ask you a question: What is “terrorism” anyway? How do you understand this?
(children's answers)
Terrorism is a threat to society, that is, a threat to people, it is the ideology of violence and the practice of influencing public consciousness, the decision-making of government authorities, local governments or international organizations.

Who is our terrorist?
(children's answers)
A terrorist is a person who uses violence to intimidate and persuade someone.

Any terrorist act or war means pain, tears, bitterness. This is a terrible shock for a sane person. Innocent people are suffering. Children are dying. In the first days of September, terrorists held 1,128 hostages in school No. 1 in Beslan. Over 350 people died. About 500 people were injured. Of these, 186 are children. The youngest of the dead was 6 months old.

The first terrorism happened in 1878, this is revolutionary terrorism in Russian Empire even during the reign of Alexander II. In the Russian Empire, the main type of terror was individual murders of high-ranking officials by revolutionaries.

Then there were also times civil war 1919 - in Moscow, as a result of a bomb explosion in Leontyevsky Lane, organized by anarchists, 12 people were killed and another 55 were injured.
Terrorist acts in the USSR where on September 25, 1919, the Left Socialist Revolutionaries staged an explosion in the building of the Moscow City Committee of the RCP (b) on Leontyevsky Lane, where a meeting of “underground anarchists” was taking place. And there were quite a few such terrorist acts.

This is the building of the Moscow Committee of the Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks) destroyed by an explosion in Leontyevsky Lane.
January 8, 1977 - three explosions occurred in Moscow: at 17:33 in the metro on the stretch between the Izmailovsky Park and Pervomaiskaya stations, at 18:05 in the grocery store No. 15 of the Baumansky district food store on Dzerzhinsky Square (now Lubyanskaya), at 18 :10 in a cast-iron trash can near grocery store No. 5 on 25 October Street (now Nikolskaya) - as a result, 29 people died. According to the investigation, the perpetrators of these terrorist attacks were residents of Yerevan: Stepan Zatikyan, Hakob Stepanyan, Zaven Baghdasaryan. The first, recognized as the organizer of the group, had a diagram of the explosive device that went off in the subway in his apartment, while the second had parts of new explosive devices. All three were members of the illegal Armenian nationalist party. All three were sentenced to death and executed.

Russian Federation
In modern Russia, the most high-profile terrorist attacks are associated with the Chechen War and the activities of Chechen separatists. These are mainly explosions and hostage situations.

This is Nord-Ost, explosions at the airport, explosions in the Moscow metro, assassinations, a terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz, a terrorist attack in Stavropol, a terrorist attack in Kizlyar, we cannot list everything today, but we will conclude that children are all very serious and the most the main thing is scary. What conclusions did you draw for yourself from today’s conversation-presentation?
(children's answers)
And now I propose to watch an educational short cartoon and find out how children should behave in various situations related to the threat of terrorism.
(cartoon show)

One story.
Mom with child
We walked along the path.
little son
I fell behind a little.
Suddenly he saw
Beautiful package,
And curiosity got the better of him!
Here he is running towards an expensive package...
Mom saw this picture
And she shouted after him:
“No, my baby, don’t touch the bag!”
Mom took her son by the hand,
She took him away from the terrible place,
She told everything to her little son
And she strictly punished her from now on:
“You need to be vigilant, remember son,
There are evil people - they don't care
That children are dying because of them.
You have to believe me, son.
Tell all the kids and friends:
Anything that lies cannot be lifted.”
“I understand,” the child said to her in response.
- We, mother, will say to terror: “No, no!”
I want to see a peaceful sky
So that everyone has enough bread,
Fruits, cookies, toys, sweets...
No! Of course not to terrorism!
Mom sighed quietly sadly,
She stroked her son and smiled.
“That’s right, boy,” she said.
- No, people don’t need war!
We all need to save the world together!
We must not allow terrorism!
(

Leading: And in order to support the action these days, I propose to design our joint poster.
(poster design with children's colored palms)

I would like to believe that there will be no more threat from terror anywhere, that we will no longer hear explosions, gunshots, that no one will ever capture anyone again. Is it really possible to kill and mock people, small children? We can stop everything, we can prevent it only when we all unite, when we become united against terror, when we stop thinking only about ourselves and start worrying about those around us. And then all together we will achieve peace in our land. We must start with ourselves!
(song “Sunny Circle”)

ACTION AGAINST TERRORISM AND EXTREMISM

On November 11, at the Seliyarovskaya secondary school, specialists of the RURAL CULTURAL COMPLEX held a very important and serious event ACTION-CONFERENCE "Terrorism and extremism - a threat to society"

GOALS OF THE EVENT

  • explain to children the essence of terrorism and extremism, types of terrorism and goals;
  • basics of safety in emergency situations;
  • formation of social consciousness and civic position of the younger generation.

The current international situation can hardly be called stable. And one of the reasons for this is the scale of terrorism, which today is becoming truly global.

On November 11, after classes, high school students, their class teachers and members of the JCC gathered in the school assembly hall to discuss the problem, which was stated as follows: “Terrorism is a threat to society.”

So, what is terrorism and extremism? Where do these words come from? What do they carry? And how to behave in a dangerous situation? These are the conference questions to which children were able to get simple and understandable answers during the event. At the beginning of the meeting, all those present were divided into three groups: “historians”, “political scientists” and “statisticians”. Each group was asked to become familiar with relevant information and then try to convey it to the audience in the hall. The performance of the “Historians” group: Katya Dolzhicheva, Slava Fedorchenko and Olya Mikhailik was especially successful. They introduced those present to the concepts of “terrorism”, “terrorists”, when this worldwide evil appeared.

To the question - What is the essence of terrorism? Masha Bobyleva from the group “Political Scientists” tried to answer

What are the current scary statistics of terrorism? This topic was covered by the third group of students “Statisticians”.

And to the most pressing questions:

How to avoid becoming a victim of a terrorist attack?

What is civic vigilance?

What actions should be taken when suspicious items are detected?

If there was an explosion nearby, what would you do?

If you were among the hostages?

Adults have already answered all these questions, and their point of view did not always coincide with the opinion of the children. But after heated discussions and well-constructed dialogues, everyone came to a common opinion - everyone, adults and children, should always exercise caution and civic vigilance. Terrorism in Russia is caused by social contradictions. They have a negative impact on all sides public life countries. The most important prerequisite for an effective fight against terrorism, along with the measures of law enforcement agencies and special services, is the ability of citizens to resist terrorist attacks and behave correctly in the face of this danger. In order for children to be prepared for any surprise, the rules of behavior in the event of a threat of a terrorist act were discussed in great detail.

And of course, the guys couldn’t help but like the game “If ...”, it offered various examples of difficult life moments, it was necessary to get one’s bearings and find ways out of emergency situations.

The second part of the action was dedicated to such a negative phenomenon of our time as extremism.

In life, a person communicates with representatives of different nationalities, cultures, worlds, concessions, social strata, so it is important to learn to respect the cultural values of both one’s own people and representatives of another culture, religion, and to learn to find common ground. In addition, tolerance as a personality quality is considered necessary for successful adaptation to new unexpected conditions. People who do not have tolerance, being categorical, turn out to be incapable of the changes that life requires of us. To confirm these words, a colorful presentation was shown, illustrating the conclusions that the children themselves had made very accurately and correctly.

Tolerance is not passive, unnatural submission to the opinions, views and actions of others, not submissive patience, but active moral position citizen, readiness for tolerance in the name of good relations between people of different nationalities and social groups.

And at the end of the action, all those present very willingly took part in test task to determine tolerance, respect for other people's opinions /tolerance/.

If they say the word “Motherland”,

Immediately comes to mind

Old house, currants in the garden,

Thick poplar at the gate.

By the river there is a birch tree - a shy one

And a chamomile hillock,

And others will probably remember

Your native village yard.

Or the steppe is red with poppies,

Virgin gold…

Homeland is different

But everyone has one.

Good afternoon, friends. Today we have gathered in this room to hold a round table on the topic: "Youth for a culture of peace, against terrorism."

During the round table we will discuss the most important issues today regarding the prevention of extremism and terrorism among young people:

    Ideology of extremism and terrorism in modern society;

    Modern approaches and methods in the fight against extremism, terrorism and pseudo-religious movements.

Unprecedented terrorist attacks at the beginning of the 21st century are a challenge to all humanity. The whole world expresses its indignation and indignation and condemns the atrocities. The need to consolidate the entire world community in taking measures to prevent terrorism becomes clear. Along with the use of anti-terrorist actions, large-scale, humanistic and explanatory work is important today, because, as practice shows, hatred cannot be overcome by hatred. The first step towards consensus is dialogue, discussion, debate at a round table of all representatives of the globe.

And therefore, today we are faced with important issues related to terrorism.

So,

1. What is terrorism?

2. What are the causes and history of terrorism?

4. What punishment follows for committing terrorism in the Criminal Code?

Code Russian Federation?

5. Is there terrorism in Islam?

6.What are the current statistics on terrorism?

7 . Why do young people join terrorist organizations?

8. How to fight terrorism? What is legislative framework to combat extremism and terrorism?

9. How to deal with those returning from ISIS

10. Are extremists and terrorists representatives of only certain religions?

11. How to behave in such a situation?

From the field of history

Participant:

Terror - intimidation, suppression of opponents, physical violence, up to the physical destruction of people by committing acts of violence (murder, arson, explosions, hostage-taking).

The concept of “terrorism”, “terrorist”, appeared in France at the end of the 18th century. This is what the Jacobins called themselves, and always with a positive connotation. However, during the French Revolution, the word “Terrorism” became synonymous with criminal. Until very recently, the concept of “terrorism” already meant a spectrum of different shades of violence.

In 1881, the Tsar was killed by Narodnaya Volya using a homemade bomb.

Alexander II. In 1911, the chairman of the Council of Ministers was killed by an secret police agent.P.A. Stolypin. In the period from 1902 to 1907, terrorists in Russia carried out about 5 thousand terrorist attacks. Their victims were ministers, State Duma deputies, gendarmes, police officers and prosecutors..

Participant:

In the USSR, terrorism was a very rare phenomenon before the escalation of national conflicts. The only sensational case was an explosion in a Moscow metro car in January 1977, which claimed more than ten lives. At that time, the situation in the country was different, and potential terrorists knew that they would not achieve their goals with such actions.

Our country seriously faced terrorism during “perestroika”. Already in 1990, about 200 explosions were carried out on its territory, in which more than 50 people died. In 1991, in the then USSR, as a result of bloody clashes, more than 1,500 people died, more than 10 thousand citizens were injured, and 600 thousand became refugees. Between 1990 and 1993, approximately one and a half million firearms were illegally imported into Russia. Question: for what?

Participant:

Since 1992, in Russia widespread There was such a thing as contract killings of unwanted persons. Journalists, State Duma deputies, entrepreneurs, bankers, city mayors, businessmen have become and are becoming their victims...

What is happening is mind-boggling, but here’s the paradox: at the beginning of the third millennium, the population of Russia began to get used to reports of regular contract killings and shootouts on city streets.

What is the essence of terrorism?

Participant: from the field of political science.

Dictionaries define the concept of “terrorism” as violent actions by criminals with the aim of undermining the existing government, complicating international relations, political and economic extortion from states. It is the systematic use or threat of violence against civilians as blackmail of existing authorities in order to achieve certain political, social or economic goals.

Types modern terrorism:

    Nationalist

    Religious

    Political

-Three sides of the terrorist action conflict:

    Those who commit a terrorist attack (terrorists)

    Direct victims of the action

    Those who want to be intimidated into behaving in a certain way

Participant:

Terrorist activities include the following:

    Organization, planning, preparation and implementation of a terrorist action.

    Incitement to a terrorist act, violence against individuals or organizations, destruction of material objects for terrorist purposes.

    Organizing an illegal armed group, a criminal community (criminal organization), an organized group to commit a terrorist act, as well as participation in such an act.

    Recruiting, arming, training and using terrorists;

    Financing or otherwise assisting a known terrorist organization or terrorist group.

- What are the current terrorism statistics?

Participant: from the field of statistics.

- A terrorist act does not know in advance its specific victims, because it is directed, first of all, against the state. Its task is to subjugate the state, its organs, and the entire public, to force them to comply with the demands of terrorists and the individuals and organizations behind them.

Seizure of a bus with hostages

December 1, 1988 in Mineralnye Vody, 4 bandits demanded a large sum of money in foreign currency and an airplane to fly abroad. Otherwise, they threatened to burn everyone: the terrorists placed three 3-liter cans of gasoline under each seat. The story of the kidnapping of children thundered throughout the country. In hot pursuit, 2 films were shot: the documentary “Hostages from the 4th “G”” and the feature film “The Enraged Bus”

-Destruction of the World Trade Center

September 11, 2001 , on the 28th anniversary of the CIA-trainedmilitary coup in Chile, and the 11th anniversary of Bush Sr.'s "New World Order" speech, terrorists hijacked four planes. According to the official version, nineteen Arabs hijacked 4 planes; crashed two of them into the towers of the World Shopping center, which caused a fire inside, and crashed into the Pentagon on the third plane. On this day, militants took students from a local school hostage. The conflict could not be resolved peacefully - as a result, 186 children died, as well as 148 adults. The place where the children were buried is called the “City of Angels”

Participant:

One of the latest chronological terrorist acts directed against Russia is the crash of the A321 airliner flying from Egypt to St. Petersburg on October 31, 2015. According to investigators, the cause of the disaster was caused by representatives of the Islamic State terrorist group.All 224 people on board (including 25 children and 7 crew members) were killed.

The youngest passenger, the girl Darina, became a small symbol of this big tragedy.

In memory of the events of that day, September 3 became the Day of Remembrance for Victims of Terrorism in Russia.

Participant:

The causes of extremism and terrorism include the following:

This large property stratification of the population leads to the fact that society ceases to function as an integral organism, united by common goals, ideas, and values.

This is an increase in social tension.

This is a decrease in the ideological component in the educational process, which led to the loss of moral values.

This is lack of spirituality, lack of clear ideas about the history and prospects for the development of the country, loss of a sense of belonging and responsibility for the fate of the homeland.

Let's look at what are the main prerequisites for the involvement of young people in the web of totalitarian organizations.

1. Coming from so-called “dysfunctional” families;

2. Psychological crises of the teenage transition period;

3. Feelings of fear and uncertainty in the face of difficulties modern life;

4. Uncertainty about the future;

5. Complexity and resulting problems in communicating with others.

Terrorism cannot be defeated, but it can and must be fought. Moreover, everyone can wage this fight, regardless of nationality, level of income, gender, age. And school students can also make their contribution by following the rules of information and Internet security, being vigilant, paying attention to suspicious things, people, and events.

One of the most common types of extremism is religious extremism. In the last decade, this term has been used more and more widely; it refers to aggression emanating from religion. However, this term is conceptually controversial.

Religion, by its very nature, cannot be aggressive; not a single true religion calls for violence or justifies terrorist attacks. Extremists and terrorists only hide behind religious slogans. But in reality, political goals are being pursued. Extremists seek to seize power and create an atmosphere of fear and powerlessness.

Participant:

How to avoid becoming a victim of a terrorist attack?

Basic rules of behavior in the face of the threat of terrorist attacks.

Terrorists choose known and visible targets to attack, such as major cities, international airports, major international event venues, international resorts, etc. A prerequisite for carrying out an attack is the ability to avoid the close attention of law enforcement agencies - for example, searches before and after the terrorist attack. Be careful when in such places.

Participant: -Make it a rule to always check where the backup exits from the premises are located. Think in advance about how you will leave the building if an emergency occurs. Never try to escape from a burning building using an elevator. Firstly, the elevator mechanism may be damaged. Secondly, usually scared people run to the elevators. Elevators are not designed to carry so many passengers - so precious minutes needed for rescue can be lost.

In the waiting rooms of airports, train stations, etc. try to stay away from fragile and heavy structures. In the event of an explosion, they may fall or scatter into small pieces, which will act as fragments; as a rule, they can be the cause of secondary damage factors and most injuries.

Participant:

Be especially careful when traveling. Pay attention to suspicious details and little things - it is better to report them to law enforcement officers. Never accept packages, items or parcels from strangers and never leave your luggage unattended.

Word from the class teacher:

Thus, based on the results of our discussion, we can conclude that terrorism is a global phenomenon with a long history. The scale of terrorism and its interstate nature make it absolutely necessary to establish an international system to counter it, coordinate the efforts of various states on a long-term basis and at the highest level, and create international organizations to combat it. Now we will conduct a short survey among the round table participants.

Questions for surveys on the prevention of terrorism and extremism.

We have prepared instructions for the round table participants. Remember: God protects those who are careful.

Participants of the round table are given reminders

"Choose the right path."

1. Do not enter into dialogue with preachers who approach you on the street;

2. If you are offered a leaflet, brochure, or religious magazine, thank and politely refuse;

3. Do not try to defend your religious beliefs when meeting with believers or preachers of any religious organization;

4. Before you decide to attend a meeting of any religious organization, consult with your parents, relatives, or just close people;

5. The choice to believe or not to believe is yours alone; before you make a decision, think about whether it’s worth it? A thoughtful and correct decision will save you not only your mental health, maybe even your life.

During the action, it was announced that the head of our region decided to provide financial assistance to the Veprentsev family in the amount of 500 thousand rubles.

After the end of the action on the main square of the region, in a conversation with the media, the Governor of the Samara region explained that it was very important for him that day to be among the Samara residents, to feel their energy, to feel unity.

“The tragedy that occurred in St. Petersburg, the general situation in the country and the world is such that it is necessary to think very seriously about these events. The main thing now is to unite, to be together, and only then will we be able to achieve success, victories and respect for ourselves and others. great Russia"- said Nikolai Ivanovich.

He emphasized that this is the second time he has seen such a number of people in the center of Samara. For the first time the square named after. V.V. In those moments when we need to be together, we gather here to express our feelings and support each other,” the head of the region concluded.

Many came to the square. V.V. Kuibyshev with entire teams and families. Among the participants of the action there were many young people and students. However, according to R.E. Khugaev, “among us there are people who cannot be called people - they are non-humans. They want our children, our youth, to have no future. And the most disgusting and most terrible thing is that they do not value life. They send people to commit terrible crimes." “We must unite and firmly suppress their every attempt to commit an atrocity. So that they don’t lead our children, our youth astray from the right path,” R.E. Khugaev is sure.

Our work and life should be an example of how people can be happy in a strong Russia. We must say “no” to extremism and ensure that terrorist acts occur as rarely as possible, so that they do not occur at all. This largely depends on us. So let us be strong, united, united and happy in our country!”
